We provide SBA financing for owner-occupied properties, flagged hotels, and non-flagged hotels with interest rates as low as 4.5%. Repayment terms go up to 25 years.
CMBS Loans
Securitizing commercial properties and selling issued bonds to investors generates a strong financing source. Borrow up to $50 million with affordable interest rates.
Bridge Loans
Our hard money and bridge loans offer up to $100 million in working capital with interest-only amortization. Applicants may qualify for up to 80% loan-to-value (LTV) and interest rates capped at 14%.
